Roller Coaster tycoon 3 no cd

I have found that every no-cd crack available for this game doesnt seem to work....it gives a error message of Bad Version 4 you can continue or exit but it crashes anyway....i have looked everywhere and each one i try does the same thing. Does anyone know of a working one or a way to tweak this one to make it work

And what version as well?
