Beijing 2008 pc crash

I have Beijing 2008 for pc but when i run it it crashes appearing that message to send to microsoft .my pc meets apsolutely the system requirements(amd athlon 3500+,2gbram,x1950 pro 512 windows xp pro sp3,)what can i do plz Thx

Make sure that you also have the latest video drivers, sound drivers and the latest DirectX (check on the Microsoft site for that one).
