Command and Conquer 3:kanes wrath

hello, Recently i have Purchased Cnc3KW, and after about 5 or so minute's into the game an error pop's up and Crashes the game, here is what the Crash reads

Because of the severity of this error the game will now exit

please if anyone can tell me WTF is wrong with my computer or the game
it would be of great help.
