The file: SUPREME COMMANDER v1.0 [ENGLISH] NO-DVD/FIXED EXE (86.9KB) has a Trojan inside... my anti-virus just detected it minutes after I download.

I downloaded it from the follow Mirror: "Download Mirror 1 North America".

It's not a virus, some of the virus scanners incorrectly report some files as a virus/trojan, nothing but a false positive.

Let me guess you are using Norton?

Update the game. The 1.0.3320 patch removed the game protection, and a few other patches were released since then. So update it to the latest patch and you won't have to use a crack or have the DVD in drive.
Also a patch was released for Forged Alliance which removes the copy protection.
Those patches were released by the game developper, as there were many complaints about problems due to the protection, so they've choosen to completely remove the protection.
And DuffMan is correct, many AV are incorrectly indetifying cracks as viruses or trojans files.

No, AVG and AVAST, both detected as Generic Trojan both files inside the .rar

Yeh they can inncorrectly report the files, Norton is the worst.

I'd say follow what wolfsrain said and that should get things running smoothly.

Where i can find patch 1.0.3320? i searched everywhere (filefront, gamestrategy and more), none had it... lastest patch I saw is 1.1.3269... should i download this one?

1.0.3189 to 1.1.3280, aproximate size 37mb. Can be found at www.dlh.net.
That's the latest patch for SupCom.
For SupCom:FA it's 1.5.3596 to 1.5.3598. It also can be found at www.dlh.net
Also the both patches are available on the offficial game site.

Every single patch since 1.03220 has the same effect. I merely pointed towards the latest update, as there are a lot of changes too, especially in the game balance.
The original exe has the version number 1.0.3189., so you need the update that I've mentioned earlier: from 1.0.3189 to 1.1.3280.
1.1.3280 it's the last update and has the same effect as 1.0.3220. Just install the goddamn patch and convince yourself. Also check the game official forums for the complete changes list.
I'm wondering why I have to repeat myself...
Grab the 1.1.3280 patch(i've gave you the link) and have fun. That's my last reply on this topic. I gave you all the infos you actually need, but neither DuffMan or me don't seem to reach your expectations...So anything else, you'll have to find by yourself.

I just wanted u to notice that Wolfsrain said me to download patch 3320, and such patch does not exist... so i got a little confuse about all this

It was one of the first three patches. It still can be found at dlh.net.
