Painkiller Overdose HELP!!!!!!!!

I install the game and when I try to play it I get an error message to download directx9 and update my drivers. I have done both and still get the message. It says " It was not possible to create the 3D rendering device. You may need to reinstall Directx and/or update drivers for your graphic card." I have done both and still with the same error. Any Ideas? Would greatly appreiciate any help. :confused:

Please post your graphic card type(Nvidia, ATI, onboard Intel, onboard Sis,etc) and the serie number.

It's a laptop, Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family. The Computer is a Toshiba Satellite P205, CPU: Intel 1.73 Ghz, 1014mb RAM, running Vista.
