I found cheats for The Movies but I am not sure how to do it. Here is what it says

__________________________________________________
Gain experience quickly
This procedure requires that you create a file and place it in your "\gameinstall\data" directory. If at any time you wish to revert the game back to its original state, simply delete the file. All of the original scripts can be found inside the "MISC0000.pak" file. Create a file called "experience.ini" containing the following information, and place it in the "\gameinstall\data" folder. This will make your already hired people gain experience in large chunks, instead of in tiny increments, and will also make the people you hire start with maximum experience.

LOT_PERHAMMERBUILD = 1.0
LOT_PERHAMMERREPAIR = 1.0
LOT_PERLITTERSWEPT = 1.0
SET_REHEARSELOOP = 0.01
SET_WATCHSHOOTLOOP = 0.0075
SET_WATCHREHEARSELOOP = 0.005
SET_REHEARSE_INCREMENT = 0.5
SET_WATCH_INCREMENT = 0.05
SET_WATCHSHOOT_INCREMENT = 0.75
SET_REHEARSE_TIME = 0
MOVIES_WRITERSTART = 1.0
MOVIES_SCIENTISTSTART = 1.0
MOVIES_SCIENTIST_INCREMENT_PER_MONTH = 1.0
MOVIES_CREWPERSHOT = 1.0
MOVIES_LEADROLE = 1.0
MOVIES_SUPPORTROLE = 1.0
MOVIES_DIRECTOR = 1.0
SCRIPT_QUALITY_GAIN = 1.0
SCRIPT_EXP_GAIN = 1.0
stars_experience_interval = 0
stars_experience_decay = 0
StaffStartMinExp = 1.0
StaffStartMaxExp = 1.0
CrewStartMinExp = 1.0
CrewStartMaxExp = 1.0

But I need to know what sort of file I'm supposed to make to put that in the experience.ini file. Can someone help me please?

Get the attched file, the file type is just an INI.

If you wish to view file extensions and make your life a little easier on Windows just goto any folder (open a folder) and goto

Tools > Folder Options then goto the View Tab, Next, scroll down just a little and you will see an option called Hide extensions for known file types Simply uncheck that option then click Apply/Ok

Now you will be able to see the extension on all files such as .txt, .ini, etc.. Which will allow you to easily rename a file to somefile.txt or somefile.ini depending on your need.
