Should be fine. The website you downloaded the file from is run/owned by the owner of this forum.

Scan it, if your unsure about a file, don't use it. But we rarely ever get any problem files from anyone, and ones we do get usually are detected and removed before they are shared. That is a fairly old one, so givin it has been on here a while, it should be an ok file since no other complaints have come in.
