Who have heard any news about it...I heard that the team has been destructed and they havent finished it yet but why anybody has heard anything????

PCSX2 I believe has been abaondoned. By there are other projects that are still worked on. Though none of them to date are as good as PCSX2, hopefully this gives them motivation to make them better.

no idea why honestly, devs may have had important things to do and not enough time to dedicate to the project.

Search google for ps2 emu, there are alot of sites that should popup and give you links to some project sites.
