Sims 2 help build mode

My Sims 2 is working alright but I can't use the build mode.

Part of the protection disables Build Mode when it detects it is being used from a backup image/CD/DVD as well as with some "no cd fixes".

My suggestion would be to get the latest version of Y.A.S.U. (http://www.gameburnworld.com/dl/dl3.php?file=Y.A.S.U.YetAnotherSecuROMSafeDiscUtilityv1.2build7050.rar) and grab the MiniDisc Image (http://www.gameburnworld.com/dl/dl.php?file=Sims2v1.0MiniBackupImageEng.zip), run Y.A.S.U. then click Cloak, then mount the mini image to Daemon-Tools 4.09 and play.

Thanks a lot but is there ANY way for me to play without installing Daemon... I installed it once and it didn't go so well

I think the old fixes are for Sims 2 (without any update patches)

So, not that I know of, will have to use the MiniDisc. Unless you play without the update patch, but the game will be severly buggy and build mode may not work for you.
