EA just patched BF2142. I'm not able to use this file:
BATTLEFIELD 2142 v1.20 [ENGLISH] *PROPER WORKING* NO-DVD/FIXED EXE (1.80MB)
When I use the new .exe file to load the game, the screen goes black and then the game crashes. I'm wondering if the new EA patch is making the old No DVD.exe to not work? Unfortuantley I did not try this exe before I patched the game so I don't know for sure. Any ideas?
I luckily saved my original .exe file in another location and didn't just replace it so I can still play, but I need the disk. :(
Running Vista :rolleyes: on a Intel Core2 T5300 laptop with 2 gigs of RAM and an GeForce Go 7600 card. Had no problems running with the CD.
