I have recently installed the game and have also put the latest patch, which is 1.04 and i still have problems with the audio, it skips like a broken record and during the videos and in game play all the talking or directions isnt understandable. Anyone have any solutions that i could do? Been waiting to play this game for a while! Thanks!

I do not have this game, but first questions that come to mind is

How much Ram do you have?
What CPU do you currently run?
What video card are you using?
Latest drivers for CPU/Video/Ram?

Also, have you installed the newest version of DirectX (dont mistake 9.0c ect.. for latest) Download DX Web installer and run it, often you will find some new files will be installed! DX is released in monthly builds, each has a set of files that make it compatible with various software/games.

Are you using onboard (built into motherboard) sound chip (card) ?

Goto Start Menu > Run

Type in DXDiag then press Enter or click ok

Then when DXDiag pops up, goto the Sound Tab, you will see a slider for Acceleration. Move it all the way to the left (no acceleration), then click ok.

Try the game and see if that helps.

Not that I can think of atm, other than uninstalling any third party codecs you may have installed such as Divx, XVid, ect. And rebooting, then reinstalling official MS codecs, such as Windows Media 9 Series.

:o Not to sure if this could work, i use it when i do video editing, commit more priority to the game. Windows it then open task manager (Alt, Ctrl, Del) Find the process(think it's c&c3.exe) right click select set priority and make it above normal or high don't put it on Real time not very healthy for the system. Might work might not just a susgestion:o
