I beated Razor and then the cops were on me and i went to the bridge that Mia told me to go and then it said im the most wanted racer in rockport city

but i still dont get Razor's BMW M3 GTR...do i have to get 100% career complete to get it??

Yes U need to have 100% career completed to get "BMW M3 GTR". but if u r crazy about that car then i can tell u the cheat to get it without completing 100% career. that is..
