Just attach the file here on the forums. When making a new post scroll down you will see "manage attachments" button. If you use a popup blocker just hold CTRL when click the button and you can attach the file here. Duffman will add it when he sees it ;)

Only if you want to build one from the ground up.

However, there are other programs already made which will help you create a trainer without any programming needed.
