Is there a No - CD for the latest patch of NVN 1.68 (Platnium or Diamond Editions) anywhere?

I've read in another post that a few patches back, Bioware removed the need for CD1 to be in the drive on load up. Is that right... cause i'm running 1.66 and it's still asking for CD1. Anyone know if 1.68 requests a CD?

I believe the CD Check was removed with the patch update? Someone who has the game maybe able to confirm?
