Here is the link.

File Size = 20Mb

http://rapidshare.de/files/3095783/Cricket_2005_Mini_Image.rar.html

I created it using "MIR (Mini Image Ripper) v1.0" provided in gameburnworld website :)

This is my first Mini Image so please no technical questions because I am not experienced in this field. :D :D

You should use "Daemon Tools" to mount the image and enable "Safe Disk Emulation". It worked perfect for me. I did not tried without Emulation option but you can it might work. :) :)

You must install full game with your original CD. This Mini Image Backup file is only to save your CD for being scratched. After installing full game, use daemon tools to mount this mini image file in Virtual Drive It will open cd directory if your Autorun option is turned on. Just close that window and double click on "EA SPORTS Cricket 2005" shortcut icon on your desktop or select through start menu and Play the game. :)

^^ what he said, the mini-disc is just a file containing characteristics of the games protections scheme so the files that are on the mini-disc that you see have been truncated (chopped off) and will not work, so you need to mount from daemon-tools, enable safedisc emulation in the options of daemon-tools then run the game from the shortcut it creates when you install the game (desktop or start menu shortcut)

i have game installed on my system but i thought that you have to click the auto run from mini cd image files.

dont you think it is to complicated cuz i have norton anti plus firewall and they take lot's of my memory and if i installed the DAEMON TOOL it will put its icon on the taskbar. which i dont want that from any software.

why dont you make cricket 2005.exe file man, on that file am used to that its basically easy to use you just have to click cricket 2005 and the game will run.

no man i wont use this method am waiting for your cricket 2005.exe file

sorry about that and Thanks for your help

keep posting no-cd files.

may god bless GAMEBURNWORLD.COM

Daemon-Tools will use very very little memory and nothing wrong with having it running, its the best CD emulation program out there. My suggestion lose Norton and get a better Anti-Virus such as Trend or Kaspersky.

Norton sucks anyhow, no offense, but it is a system hog, uses too much resources and Trend and Kaspersky are better anyhow

Norton is just a big name, Trend and Kaspersky are quality,. For that matter if your looking for free, try AVG, even it is better than Norton. And this is not my opinion speaking this is from testing in quality labs. ;)

Sounds like a hardware/software conflict. Possibly video or sound related, have you updated your drivers for your hardware with the latest versions?

if i had problem with sound card or video driver the demo wouldnt work either

not necessarily, there are alot of games where the graphics and sound are setup and/or tweaked differently than the retail release.

As far as what you are doing wrong? Not sure, it could be a bug in the game, or many other things. I would contact support from the games website to see.

Demo and Retail are entirely different things, a bug can be in the retail version that is not in the demo because retail of course has a ton more code and new versions can easily become infested with bugs when new code is added or code modified in the game during development.

You may also want to test your RAM. as well as check your AGP Settings in your BIOS. If you know how to look in your BIOS, please post some of your config here, such as AGP settings (all of them in various sections) It is either a sound or video related issue but does not mean your video or sound are bad. I am betting on video issue that can probably be resolved.

It could be as simple as a setting that is causing conflict with this game, so if you can do that for me we might be able to solve the problem.

ok, not quite the info I was looking for, but it is a start lol, and HT is an Intel P4 CPU feature, so not going to relate to video.

Looking for the following, if your BIOS has them
Video Ram Cacheable:
AGP Aperture Size:
AGP XX-Mode:
AGP Driving Control:
Fast Write Supported:
AGP Master 1 WS Write:
AGP Master 1 WS Read:
Video BIOS Shadow:

as well as Name Brand/Type/Model of Video Card?
