Battlefield 2 1.01 Patch

Can anyone tell me what the Battlefield 2, dedicated server/public server 1.01 patch corrects that is locatated on the Gameburn World site?
Also, does anyone know if I run the actual Battlefield 2 Patch v1.01 from Fileplanet to correct some bugs in the game, will it override my NO-DVD/FIXED EXE patch version 1.o?

The Dedicated server patch will allow you to play online games with anyone else running the Dedicated server patch, comes in handy with LAN games.

The v1.01 patch update has been recalled anyway, due to memory leaks or something, you can see this on the official Battlefield 2 website.
