Exception Error in Secret Files Tunguska

somebody help me I am a great fan of Secret Files Tunguska game I have a problem with Secret Files Tunguska English Version. I have try both full and custom installation but after the successful installation of Secret Files Tunguska in both cases and crack file into the game folder when I run the game the message box appear Exception error (d:\myprojects\tunguska.\inifile.h 103/july 10 2006 18:03:29: Ini file section not selected) What does mean? My system requirement meet your game system requirements but why game is not running? Please explain what happened I really want to play this game Please give me any suggestion I will be wait of your reply. My system requirment are as under:

Windows XP Professional SP2 (5.1 build 2600)
Motherboard: D101GGC
Processor: Pentium 2.66 GHZ
Ram: 512MB
Sound: Realtek High definition Audio(Driver date: 10/18/2005 and driver date: 5.10)
Graphics: ATI Radeon Xpress 200 chipset
Video Memory: 256Mb (driver date: 6/16/2006 and driver version: 8.27.0)
I have installed latest Directx 9.0c (August Update 2006)

I also try the changing the refresh rate b/w 60 to 85 htz with the resolution 1024:768 but nothing happened

do you still have the error message when you run the game without the crack because it might be the crack that is causing the problem
