I am assuming you mean you installed the game previously from your origional cd and since then the cd was damaged?
To use a "fix" or no cd crack, you simply replace the origional file with the "fixed" one from the archive.
If you are not familiar with Winrar, most of the time you have a rar file and have to extract the file from the archive using WinRar www.rarlab.com
It is basically like a zip file, just a different way of compressing and different extension.
The crack *fix* usually comes with some set of instructions on what to do, easiest way to find the target file is open the archive to see what files need to be replaced. Then, find those files in the folder where the game was installed, rename them so you have a backup and then put the new files in the folder where the old file existed. If you are unsure of finding the files, use Windows Search in the Start Menu
this is a somewhat borderline topic, but I help because discs can get damaged and I know that does not rule out that you own the game, I own several games myself I can no longer install due to them being damaged.
You can sometimes contact the company who made your game and request a replacement disc if they offer that, sometimes they will ship a replacement for $5-$15 if they offer that sorta support that is. You will be required to show proof of purchase however, so if you still got your box/manual ect.. then you should be good.
