The game requires a card capable of Pixel Shaders 2 or higher. Geforce MX does not support that. You would need a new card preferably Geforce 5+ (6+ recommended) And being integrated, you will be lucky if OLDBlivion even helps you much...

OLDBlivion basically while the game is running, takes Pixel/Vertex Shaders 2+ and "rewrites" and re-renders the game while it is running emulating Shaders 1.1. In a nutshell basically.

Pretty much makes the game support older shaders on older cards and allows you to play it using an older card. For some users even on FX Series Cards, it can Greatly" improve performance by allowing the card to run in Pixel 1.1 on the game rather than "stressing" itself using Pixel Shaders 2, which FX Series cards while they support Pixels/Vertex 2, they have a hard time running it do to lower performance than what pixel/vertex 2 really needs to run.

Basically, Pixel Shaders 2 on a FX Card is like taking a 8 cyl engine, putting it in a huge cast iron truck, then putting a small 2 barrel carb on it and expecting it to get full performance.

If that makes sense to you :P
