I'm having a problem with the game. Everything was fine untill my lv got high and my skills were high (about lv 11), then i couldnt save my game anymore. everytime i try to save my game, it says "Oblivion has encountered a problem and needs to close". So if anyone know what the problem is please let me know, i'm using no-cd exe fix the lastest version

Have you tried "New Save" instead of saving over an old save? Also, are you running any mods? More importantly, have you installed any new mods since the last time your saves worked properly? You may need to disable some mods and try saving again.

Also, have you applied the latest update patch? You may also try backing up your savegames/mods and try reinstalling the game (uninstall first of course), it is possible some portions of the game (files) became corrupt.

Yeah, I've tried everything. "New Save" didnt work. I've tried to make the game autosave for me by moving to another place using the map... didnt work too, it just crashed whenever i saved the game (or it autosaved itself):mad: .
I had installed all the patches, latest update patch from Obilivion website and mods before i played the game for the first time, and everything went just fine untill my lv got up to 11. And I've tried to use my old save (before I got up to lv 11) to play and it was fine. I meant i could save when my lv was below 11 but i couldnt when my lv was 11 :confused: .
So i have no idea what's wrong with the game. I'll try to reinstall it and see if it could do any better.

Honestly sounds like a mod is conflicting. Possibly a level mod such as one that alters the way your characters levels up/skills ect.. But I would definately try a reinstall of the game and if you use any level mods, try disableing them, run the game and make a new save without the level mod enabled. If it works, then it was most likely that mod.

how many saves have made.?If i remember right after one number the game occur this problem you have...if you haven't made many saves try visiting the official forums to ask help there.

Do you have OfficeXP or another OfficeXP program installed? If so check this for possible solutions.

I do have Microsoft Office 2003, and i did look through the web site you posted. But for some reasons, the files they talk about in the web page are not in my computer

Sorry, I just found out that those solutions dont apply for Microsoft office 2003 ....... It's hopeless, i think i really need to reinstall the game.

I feel for ya, been through it before, but, the game does have some bugs still to be ironed out.
