Hi guys, this was taken from the revolution website and converted to pdf, as access to their site is very sporadic. Hope it is useful, but only use if you are really STUCK or it may spoil your experience of the game. :eek:

I'm guessing so for certain parts of the world, as there is already a NoCD on gameburnworld. :D
