Does that problem exist while using the origional exe and using the cd?

It can be many things, bug in the game, heat (cpu/video overheating) ram issue, hdd issues, ect.. ect.., crashes are pretty much caused by any number of things. First you will need to narrow it down by testing your system. Play the game, after your game crashes, check the temp on your video card. If you use nVidia, the temp can be easily found in the control panel (right click desktop > properties > settings > advanced > your cards tab > temperature settings.) Check the temp of the card as well as check the temp of your CPU after the crash occurs. Motherboard monitor can shows temps of your hdd's, cpu, ect.. You can also use Everest.

I think that this could be ram problem too cause I have only 512mb of it.
I didn't found any memory card temperature.

Could be, min requirements for the game to run properly is 512MB Ram, but when you consider that your OS is going to be using 100MB+ of it, then that leave you with less than 412. Buying another stick of 512 Ram will probably help not just the game, but overall system performance.
