Fable No CD Patch

I have been looking for a no CD patch for Fable: The Lost Chapters. Although I have found a few different files, none seem to work. Anyone successfully done this ? I searched for this on the forums, but didn't come across this exact issue. Any help would be great!

I remember there being a few issues with this game and the No-CD patch, can't remember what exaclty, but the solution is to use the Mini Backup Image to play without the CD: http://www.gameburnworld.com/gp/gamefixes/fablethelostchapters.shtml

Do you need WinRAR to use this file? Or is it a drag and drop type set-up?
