Does anyone know if there be a No-CD patch, Version 1.64 coming out soon for Painkiller/Painkiller Gold?
The latest Version I see is 1.62 for Painkiller and 1.61 for Battle out of Hell.

I haven't patched my game since 1.5 when I got the Battle out of hell Addon, will the 1.62-164 patch ruin my saves?

No idea, best to check the website of the game and read the patch notes to see if it says anything about saves being affected after updating.
