is this a error the game moves to fast and the speech is alll jumble and the mouse move erratic like it was doing on godfather as anybody else have this problem.

Are you using a No-CD patch, does this happen if you use thre original CD?

the no patch cd and without it doesnt run at all

It's an isse with your graphics card maybe, you will have to contact the game delelopers tech support.
