sacred nocd help [Archive]

I downloaded the No-CD patch for Sacred from this website, Sacredv1.8.26NoCDFixedexeAll.

It works and everything...I can start the game without needing to use my CD, but for some reason I can't create new characters. The screen goes black...seems like it's not able to load the little mini movies. Is there something I need to do to get it to work right?

There are reports this No-CD patch does not work for some people, but it does work for others, this could be an Operating System issue.

It seems to be working fine now. I went and downloaded Sacredv1.8.2.126NoCDFixedexeEng instead, works.
