ISO is a CD image. You can burn it with a few different programs, I will give you the benefit of doubt, and hope its not warez.

"In computing, an ISO file or ISO image (in context also just ISO, .iso or .ISO) is an ISO 9660 image (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_9660_image), a bitstream (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitstream) that represents a CD-ROM (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CD-ROM) file system (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_system) as defined in international standard ISO 9660 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_9660)."

Btw, no offense, but learn Google (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=define+iso) It is a really helpful search engine.. Type in Define ISO and press enter .. There is a world of info out there you can get without having to wait for a reply in a forum..
