The Sims 2 OFB - No CD Patch

In their usual fashion EA/Maxis has released a fix patch for TS2-OFB. As in cases before, the fix patch diables the nocd patch downloaded from here, which had worked perfectly until the fix patch ruined it. I have re-installed the no-cd patched exec and the game runs fine now (sans the CD), but without the gane fixes associated with the fix patch. Is an updated nocd patch goinf to be developed here, or will I need to forego any game improvements offered by the EA fix patch?

i would uninstall the game and reinstall it if you want to use the nocd patch but if you want or need the fix then that is what the trade off is

Ive downloaded sims 2 ofb but what do i do now to play it do i put it on a cd plz help me ;)

Did you download from a pirated copy from a Warez site? If so, there will be no help here.
