i have strange problem
even though i havent defeated blacklist rival 7
it says that i have defeated
i have completed the required race events &
milstone events & also achieved the bounty
now the problem is the game is not moving ahead
i.e. it is not going ahead of blacklist rival 7.

yeah are you using a trainer or save file or something?maybe you should try out there patch to fix this problem
