Did you have the game installed at one point?? Or did you have the Demo installed or still installed? Does anything happen when you choose uninstall ??

I am not sure, but I believe the Demo uses the same registry keys for installation, so if you have the Demo installed it would need to be removed before installing the full version.

If you had uninstalled already, it is possible the registry keys for the game were not removed.

You should be able to browse the CD/DVD and find setup.exe and run it so it will install replacing keys in the windows registry. When you insert the CD/DVD the autorun feature runs the autorun.exe which just shows a menu for options such as install/uninstall ect.. which is what your seeing. So just look on the CD/DVD by browsing it and see if you can see a setup.exe or maybe even install.exe.

If you do not have file extensions enabled in Windows, it will just show up named Setup or Install for you rather than having the .exe on the end.

hmm, very odd..

I would try first, when the autorun pops up and give you options, just exit..

Then browse the CD/DVD for the setup file that actually starts the install of the game.

If that does not work, then you may need to contact support as the CD/DVD could be bad, or can be something in your system, run a virus scan, also scan for spyware.

Free online Virus/Spyware scan.
