Can't really say if it's for good or not, since I returned my copy of SC:CT. We'll be waiting for validation by others.

I installed it, it requires you to install Starforce 3(as it says on the page) and then you get the cd-key validated, but it appears to work.

well,it will work if and only if you have the legal copy of the game.

but you can download the file and open it with a bit torrent program

This DL had better work lol coz for the record this bittorrent stuff sux hard... im on a Broadband connection and with this fancy DL program im getting a total speed of 1-2kbps... its taken over 3 hours and im still only at 75% :mad:

Aight i got the DL and the StarForce activation comes up and when i try to activate with my serial number it comes up with cannot access activation server??? ny ideas ppl

Yeah, it is not a crack, it is a work around released to help those that have DVD Players that are incompatible with the StarForce version the game was released with. (some DVD Drives cannot initiate the protection correctly thus always returning invalid CD)

That release simply allows users to manually activate their game without it having to read the CD's protection, but it still checks the CDKey and such matches..
