everytime i play this for like 5 mins and then i get this:

don't know, don't have the game, might want to check the support on the developers website and see.

Are you using the No-CD or is this happening with the original CD?

It is most likely related to the No-CD patch. Nothing you can really do....except use the original CD until a working method is found.

it was my processor fan that messed up every game. btw does anyone know how to "ally" with another tribe?

I've had similar problems with LotR Battle for Middle Earth using the actually game CD. I'd love to know how to fix this problem (I can usually play the game for 10 mins without a problem).

I don't know, how/where do I get it?!?

I just got empire earth and am having the same problems as stated above. I have 2 questions.

1. What do you do when you have a c+ builder/writer? :confused:
2. Where do you get it? :confused:
