Kotor 2 crack for the new patch 1.0b

I need a crack for Kotor 2 patch 1.0b or even better a mini image to mount with alco120 tnx

you cannot make a MiniDisc of Kotor 2 as it is protected with SecuROM which reads the CD from beginning to end.

However... You can do this...

Tools needed:

Copy of game in mdf/mds format (make it using alcohol 120% using SecuROM 4.x/5x setting)

Make a copy of the play cd (cd1 i believe) with alcohol, set the settings for SecuROM 4.x/5x.

Once created, open Aray-Scanner, goto Options... then click "Twin Creator"

Next, click "Select Supported Image" and then select the .mdf file for Kotor2,

Next click "Select-Media-Description" and select the .bwa file I provided above..

Then click start, it will create patched.mds and patched.mdf

these will be the new files that contain the Topology info on them, (I recommend Daemon-Tools over Alcohol 120% for mounting/playing)

Daemon-Tools tends to work better..

(Make sure to turn ALL emulation options ON in Daemon-Tools, if using Alcohol, make sure to turn on RMPS in options/settings of the app)

No, it is not possible, only with SafeDisc or StarForce, not with SecuROM

Daemon-Tools tends to work better..

^^ try Daemon-Tools,with all emaulation options ON. Why is it everyone who comes to these forums cannot read the sentences that say "use daemon-tools" ?

MiniDisc images are for SafeDisc protected games ...

"Patches" that can be applied using .bwa files are not minimages, they are images of the protection the cd contains that you apply the protections topology info to your cd "Full" images.. That is if you are unable to make your own "good" copy of the protection..

Basically, you supply the game images, the bwa files are simply extracted Topology of the origional, you are just putting the info back onto your copy ..

.bwa files are not minimages.... they are only images of protection layout that the origional CD contains...

It can also be blacklisted features of SecuROM since the patch is new, I would not doubt they have updated SecuROM as well..

In which case, try my other guide as well that will show you how to prevent Alcohol/Daemon-Tools from being blacklisted.

hi, ı updated 1.0b patch and started game but my pc crashed with no erors and my mouse pointer locked. so ihave to restart the computer. i tried 3-4 times. same did happened. i used with image nad nothing changed. i tried to mount image with alcohol %120 and daemon tools 3.47. Nothing changed. why is this happening? :mad:
i think that problem is kotor2.exe file. because i tried with ver. 1.0 exe and it worked. How can we solve this?

Update the game?, no crack for latest, so you will need to play from the origional cd.

I just used the NO-CD v1.0 fix from the site replacing the original updated 1.0b one and the game runs fine. I’m currently in the very beginning though, ill post a reply or edit on any performance issues or crashes.

Not really as popular as it could have been, and from buying and playing it myself, kinda a joke compared to the first one :(

First one was pretty sweet, second one was brought up on all hype, but didnt deliver it.

Well, I've just started to play the 2nd part. I am really confused by the story....
The interface improvements are pretty fine... But there is not a lot of new things at the moment. I've finished the first part the 2nd time on the dark side today (bought kotor1 as well) and the first part is just "more finished" than the 2nd...
And I am missing my old characters :(. I hate this Kreia and this one guy. Hope the later coming characters will be cooler. And what is meant by "Dark side Points resieved" and "Balancing to the dark side", where shall there be a difference? But u might get this 2 options (both) after a dialog. Pretty unclear.

aye, 2nd one is definately a rushed not complete job. Seems more of a all hype money sink.
