Help i installed a no CD patch causes me to lose instantly

I just installed a no cd patch for lord of the rings"battle for middle earth" and everytime i play a mission i am defeated within 2 minutes!!It doen't make sense so any one noes wat is wrong with the patch and how to fix it?Could u be kind enough to help me out?!

no you see i am not defeated by the enemy it is my whole base my whole army all my towe explode or die instantly in 2 minutes which has never happened before so i dunno wat its wrong but its ok now i uninstalled it so i have forgotten about it already

hey gleam its the protection does constant checks and defeats u if it finds no patch only way to do the game without cd is a mini image mount and play workes fine for me.:cool:

^^ have to agree, I use a minidisc for the game and have never had an issue.

I use this one, just extract and mount to Daemon-Tools 4, no emulation needs to be turned on, just mount and play.
