Hi,

I decided to play the game again, I can't find the no cd patch for v1.4 that I had from long ago.

I even tried to play from my original disk 2, but it doesn't work. The only way I could get it to work when I played it awhile back was the no cd patch for v1.4. I am running Windows XP. All the ones I have recently found elsewhere didn't work. Can someone help?

Maybe try Daemon Tools from the site, should get it working.

Daemon didn't work. I even tried installing from images of my original disks.

i will continue looking for the no cd patch i had long ago, but for now i got it to work the following way:

I used Microsoft Application Compatibility Tool Kit 5.6. I found out about it at the following link 3 posts down.
