Why no more "fixed exe"??

Hi guys...

In the last time, if I tried to find cracks / no cd patches, I only found fixed images (mini backup). Well, now I know how to use them and they work. But I wondered, why I find only images. What about "fixed .exe"-files? I like them much more. They're more easy. Can I get "fixed .exe"-files for the new games? Do you know a link? If not, plz tell me why the crackers decided to change to images and did not go on with the old way ("fixed .exe"-files)

Please help me...

the crackers had no choice ;)
the new protecion systems require a mini image, which pretends to have the original cd/dvd in your drive...here are a lot of threads about systems like starforce and others...i prefer using fixed exe´s also, but for the new games, there probably never will be fixed exe´s again. at least not for th "top selling" games... i do hope, some clever boys will invent a kind of cracking exe´s but i won´t bet on it ;)

its not that..pal...

groups like RELOADED,,, cracks protections like starforce.....

and have released many games with starforce and securom....

its just that,,, the knowledge of unpacking,,, si limited 2 few till now...

now lets c how long it takes 2 wide spread...

We won't see any probably as the game protections are getting bigger and bigger...And as for mini images...like them now..

Just be patient, and be grateful. unpacking and cracking takes some time, but it will eventually be done. The same cycle has been going on for years. The software companies spend lots of $$$ trying to prevent piracy, but in the end they will lose. With all all the people around the world, hacking at a keyboard for hours and hours, for free, that want to crack their protection by learning how it works, its only a matter of time.

If you want to learn how, start reading the tutorials and hanging out in the cracking forums. Only you can motivate yourself.
