Ok, I installed Daemon-tools 4.0 and restarted, but it took longer to boot up than normal, and my second CD drive made a strange noise, and wouldn't open...
I tried to force it open, but it resisted:confused:   .
I then had to go to the boot menu every time I wanted to restart my computer and choose "C:", otherwise, win"retar"dos went into an infinite loop.
I never fixed the problem...
I ended up unpluging it and leaving it like that...
It was either that or listen to crunching noises for hours on end.
By the way, I recently installed more RAM and an ATI RADEON X700 PRO card, if that helps any.
I just want to know why my drive ate my CD:confused: , or if Daemon had anything to do with it...
