For which game do you need it? There are more then 1...are extern links allowed?
anyway...
try g**gle and search for: bia_retail_1.10_us_uk.exe
it´s size is about 12-13 mb and it will update BIA to v.1.10 in english. Maybe you can change your language with that patch, if not don´t blame it on me, just m trying to help ;)

EDIT
Oh...just read a site...it seems you can only play the language you have installed...where did you get the game? Can´t you install it in another language?
