maybe there will never be a working fixed exe or image... it has a sucking Starforce protection on it...i´m trying to create a mini-image, i reply if it works...;)

I need this 2, I usaully only buy a game if I like it and add to my records. Like the movies, first I tested it out, I liked it alot and I bought, I have pictures of the box if you want proof..but man I want to try this game out first...

i do it like you, in my case, i lend a game from my local video library to test it. If i like it, i buy it. (I´d never copied one illegally)

i woun´t pronounce judgement on you, i know it´s a hard life in Romania and the costs are higher then the money you get... anyway, you buy OS or games online ;)
However, it seems really impossible to get a startable mini image... i tried it for hours and hours...and i keep on trying.


This game if worth it! New features, great gameplay, cool vid sequences...:)

for all of you who have buyed the game and you whan't to play the game whithout the original dvd in the drive, to diminish the psihical problem that may appear on the disk, this is what you have to do to make a virtual image on the drive and play the game from the iso image ( !!! it's legal to make a copy for you of your buyed disks, but you don't have the right to sell or borrow the copy !!! ):


1. -make an image of the original dvd whit alcohol whit a high DPM and skip reading errors on
2. -mount the image whit deamon tools v4 whit emulation RMPS, and instal the game (now don't start the game right now)
3. -shut down the PC
4. -remove all the comunication cables for the optical devices
5. -turn on the PC
6. -be sure the the ONLY optical device on your PC is the virtual deamon tools drive (remember ONLY one drive) and see if you have the virtual image mounted in the virtual drive
7. -start the game and insert the serial code (you will find the serial code on the dvd cover)
8. -enjoy

this is how i made my game work, but i don't quarantee that it will work for you to ( i have tested this on 2 PC and i can say that it's working)

this is my PC configuration if you need to know :)
-intel celeron 2000Mhz
-80GB hdd WD on primary master IDE
-40GB hdd maxtor on primary slave IDE
-dvd-rw LG on secondary primary IDE (i have disconected this drive to play the game, step 4)
-cd-rom LG on secondary slave IDE (i have disconected this drive to play the game, step 4)
-nVIDIA Gforce FX 5500 whit 256 MB ram
-768 MB ddram on the main board

The game is working fine on my PC, i have about 60-70% level of details

Well, the idea is nice, but you have to read the rules... this ist no warez,serial or cracker board ;)
If one buy the game, he must have a proper serial. So please don´t post this stuff.

Well, it´s not like that...i also look for mini images...but not for stolen games...
Let me put it in another way...you also can kill someone with a spoon...
What i wanted to say is, that "we" (if i can add me) give you the stuff, but what you do with it, is up to you ;)
So i see a difference between using a crack or mini image for my own game or using it for a stolen/borrowed one. I don´t blame your for that,no way...but if you want to get help on this board, you have to take care of the rules like we all have to do... Look in the other threads...many have been closed because of people who wanted to get cracks for "stolen" games
So i think this forum might be in a grey zone, but it´s surely not against the law.
Anyway...i will try your way to get this cruel protected game started...
By the way...if you edit your posting and erase the serial key and the other "ilegally" (for the board rules) stuff, this thread might not be closed and others can get help from you, if they got probs ;) otherwise, i´m afraid you even might be banned.

it worked for me and a friend of mine...so i can only say that you sould try again from the beginning, and i hope that it will work :)
note: i have uninstaled alcohol 120% after making the virtual image of the original dvd, and you only need to have one optical device (the daemon tools virtual drive)

There is not a No-CD patch due to the protection.

i have managed to find a way to get pop t2t to work took weeks of looking to find a way but i found one :D
1 install it using alcohol 120 or d-tools 4
2 d/l starf*ck v0.83 *=u didnt know if it is accepted curse words on fourm
3 remove any virtual cd drives but d-tools4
4 open starf*ck in window on right it has 3 selections select starforce 3.4.63.2
5 two selections will open up on program at bottom click cdsdeaktivieren this will turn of cd drives
6 if you can make a copy of popt2t do so and then mount with d-tools 4 with all emulations on
7open game and it should work has worked for me on x3 reunion as well believe me i tried everthing for weeks till i got this to work

just make a full image of the game mount with Deamon tools 4 and unplugg your Ide,, that's it plays...100% working way tried myself games like king Kong prince of Persia t2t and other games with the latest drivers,,,by the way there is new Deamon tools version which fixes major bugs...
